Quizet provides digital products, such as PDF files containing analysis of question papers.

Once the payment is successfully completed, users receive access to download the purchased digital file.

Because these are digital products, they are delivered instantly after purchase.


2. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

This policy exists because digital files cannot be returned once they have been downloaded.


3. Duplicate Payments

If a user accidentally makes duplicate payments for the same product, they may contact us for a refund of the duplicate transaction.

The refund will be processed after verifying the payment details.


4. Technical Issues

If you experience any technical issue such as:
